Sales Management Training Framework
Most sales manager training programs are generic and cover the fundamental basics you probably already know or can easily find online.
When you work with me, you will get a bespoke sales management training experience that is tailored to your personal needs.
So, instead of delivering a generic presentation deck, we will work through a simple but effective three-stage coaching framework where we:
(1) Analyze your needs and benchmark where you are today.
(2) Set goals, hold frequent coaching sessions and monitor your progress.
(3) Evaluate your progress and re-evaluate ongoing needs
This framework will be delivered over a series of one-to-one coaching sessions over an agreed period.
The majority of the clients I work with have weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions where we discuss the main challenges they are dealing with and find solutions.
One of the primary objectives of my sales manager training will be to grade your competence in key areas such as communication skills, time management, forecasting and others.
This provides us with a skills benchmark to work from, which will be implemented into your leadership development plan.
How Much Does Sales Manager Training Cost?
I offer a 6-month sales manager training package with 12 hours of bespoke 1:1 coaching and training sessions included, plus ongoing support via email.
The sales management training cost is £1,800+vat.
