What is life coaching?
Life coaching is a confidential one-to-one meeting between an individual (you) and a professional life coach (me). In this meeting, we’ll discuss your challenges and goals and work together on really helping you shape your future.
Life can be tough. One minute you feel amazing, happy and content, and the next, you can feel stressed, low and lost. We can’t change the ups and downs of life, but life coaching can help you manage how you react to those ups and downs.
Life coaching will help you get to know yourself better, understand why you do what you do and feel how you feel, and, most importantly, help you change how you react and think about things.
My goal is to help you free yourself of the limiting beliefs and damaging behaviour holding you back and help you live life without fear.
I can help you with managing stress, anger, anxiety, confidence and much more, but the results are ultimately down to you.
Coaching is all about me asking you lots of questions that will lead to you self-discovering the solutions. I’ll provide you with various tools, resources and ongoing support you need but it’s down to you to put in the legwork and make the change.
What can you expect from me as your online life coach?
During the past 15 years, I’ve gained coaching qualifications from the Harvard manage mentor program, become a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and gained multiple certifications and diplomas in a variety of psychology, counselling and mental health areas such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), stress, depression, anxiety, anger management and more.
I’ve personally trained and coached thousands of people from around the world, ranging from CEOs of multi-million dollar companies to unemployed teenagers with anger issues.
Coaching and helping people is my passion, and I’ve delivered more than 1,000 hours of one-to-one coaching during the past decade to people with a variety of challenges and goals.
My coaching style offers a flexible and diverse mix of focusing on the past, present and future, depending on your situation.
You can expect me to be 100% supportive, completely non-judgemental, down-to-earth, honest, direct, and firm but fair. You’re going to be asked a lot of questions in each session, and I will challenge you on your opinions. I will also invite you out of your comfort zone and hold you accountable for yourself, your actions and your goals.

How long do online life coaching sessions last?
Your initial coaching session will typically be a bit longer, but ongoing sessions will normally last between 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the frequency of your sessions.
Some clients prefer to have a set time and date in the calendar every month, whereas others prefer to schedule their coaching sessions on an ad-hoc basis. I’m flexible either way. However, consistency in your sessions will always deliver the best results.
How many coaching sessions will you need?
This one is always hard to answer because I don’t know enough about you or your situation, so I don’t usually suggest how many sessions people need until we’ve got through the first couple of hours together. On average, most of my clients have two sessions per month.
Where will the coaching sessions be held?
I provide online life coaching to clients worldwide via the telephone or video call. I sometimes offer face-to-face life coaching in Manchester, London, Copenhagen and other major European cities, but most clients find online life coaching to be the most flexible and affordable option.
Due to popular demand, I also now offer coaching sessions via WhatsApp chat or email.
How much does online life coaching cost?
You can either choose to pay-as-you-go and pay £120 per session, or you can sign up for one of my life coaching plans that start from as low as £80 per session with no long-term commitment required.
