What is Stress Management Coaching?
Stress management coaching is a series of confidential one-to-one meetings between an individual and a professional coach.
In this meeting, we’ll discuss your stress issues and work together to raise awareness of where they come from and how you can control them.
In each session, we’ll aim to review, identify and prioritise a list of areas you can work on to help you manage stress more effectively.
Coaching is all about me asking you lots of questions that will lead to you self-discovering the solutions how to control your stress levels.

It’s difficult to estimate how many stress coaching sessions you will require until we have had an initial conversation. It will often depend on how severe and deep-rooted your stress issues are. Some clients require only 4-6 sessions, whereas others need more.
Most of my clients prefer online coaching sessions, which are held using video calls or telephone calls, depending on your personal preference.
