My Coaching Process
When I work as a business coach, I use the ACE Coaching Framework, which is a 3-phase process for analyzing, coaching and evaluating every project.
During the initial analysis phase, we will discuss the key challenges of your business and benchmark the current status of these so we have something to measure progress.
After setting some short- and long-term goals, we will begin the coaching phase over an agreed period of weeks and months.
Next, we move to the evaluation phase, where progress is measured, new benchmarks are created, and goals are re-evaluated and adjusted accordingly.
Using the ACE Coaching Framework gives you a transparent overview so you can see the results and measure your return on investment in coaching.

Online Business Coaching Costs
My online business coaching costs range from £125 per session for long-term agreements to £250 per session for one-off sessions.
I often recommend starting with a 10-hour coaching block for new clients, giving us enough time to progress and evaluate working together.
The cost for 10 hours of online coaching for a single individual is £1,750 (15,000 kr)+ vat
