My name is David Craig White, and I provide leadership coaching in London for senior executives, directors and managers looking to enhance their leadership skills.

Working as a leader is one of the most complex and challenging roles you can take on – especially when you get thrown into the role without any training.
In my experience, most people quickly adapt to the long working hours, higher stress levels and endless list of tasks that come as part of the role.
But that’s management – not leadership.
What is Leadership?
Leadership is the responsibility for and ability to influence and motivate a team of individuals to believe in and follow you.
When you master how to become a leader, life in leadership becomes much more fulfilling, and you can create amazing cultures and results.
But to become a great leader, you need to understand how people think and why they do what they do.
You need to become people-centric.
But before we can truly understand others, we need to understand ourselves.
And this is the fundamental core of my coaching philosophy.
What is Leadership Coaching?
Leadership coaching is the process of developing your leadership skills over time via a series of one-to-one coaching sessions with a professional coach.

My Coaching Process
I use the ACE Coaching Framework, which is a three-phase framework I designed to benchmark, coach and evaluate the results for all my clients.
During phase one, we will assess your leadership skills to create a benchmark to work from and identify the main areas you want to improve.
We will then move into the coaching phase for several sessions, after which we will evaluate your progress and reassess the initial goals.
Using this framework, I can provide a transparent service where my clients can see their progress and measure the return on investment of coaching.
My Coaching Approach & Philosophy
Coaching is my passion. For as long as I can remember, I have been obsessed with understanding people and why they do what they do.
I always wanted to be a leader who cared for their people on a human level – the kind of leader I wish I would have had when I was younger.
For me, people-centric leadership isn’t a leadership style – it is the only leadership style.
But as I mentioned above, we need to understand ourselves before we can truly understand others, which is the core of my coaching philosophy.

Costs of Leadership Coaching in London
My executive coaching in London starts from £125 per session for long-term agreements plus any associated travel and accommodation costs.
For new clients, I often recommend starting with a 10-hour coaching block, giving us enough time to progress and evaluate working together.
The cost for 10 hours of executive coaching in London would be £1,750, excluding any associated travel and accommodation costs.
I also offer online coaching, which is more flexible, cost and time-effective and could be used in combination with face-to-face executive coaching in London.
