My name is David Craig White, and I provide executive coaching in Manchester to executives looking to develop their leadership skills and benefit from a confidential sounding board.

Working as a Founder, CEO, or Senior Executive in a company of any size can be stressful and isolating – There’s a reason why they say it’s lonely at the top.
When you work as a senior leader, the expectations and sheer volume of responsibilities can easily become overbearing, especially during rainy times.
In my experience, executives often feel they can’t seek help internally or locally for fear of damaging their reputation, which is where an executive coach can help.
What is Executive Coaching?
Similar to leadership coaching, executive coaching is the process of developing your leadership skills over time via a series of one-to-one coaching sessions.
Many executives often also use their executive coach as a sounding board for new ideas or troubleshooting complex problems.
My executive coaching Manchester services focus on but are not limited to helping you;
- Create your leadership identity
- Learn the psychology of human motives
- Learning advanced people skills
- Master the skill of delegation
- Identify the common leadership traps
- Become better at time management
- Learn how to effectively manage conflict
- Dealing with difficult employees
- Develop valuable coaching skills
- And much more
It’s also not uncommon to help my clients in sensitive areas, such as stress, depression, anxiety and relationship issues.
During the coaching sessions, we will also be able to discuss and tackle any recent ad-hoc challenges that need urgent attention.
The objective of executive coaching is something we would agree on during our initial introductory session because everyone has their own unique needs.

My Coaching Approach & Philosophy
Coaching is my passion. For as long as I can remember, I have been obsessed with understanding people and why they do what they do.
I always wanted to be a leader who cared for their people on a human level – the kind of leader I wish I would have had when I was younger.
For me, people-centric leadership isn’t a leadership style – it is the only leadership style.
But, I believe we need to understand ourselves before we can truly understand others, which is the core of my coaching philosophy.
“David is a strong sales-driven leader with fantastic empathy and a great personality who develops people, teams and leaders by investing time in understanding where they are, what their potential is and empowering them to take full advantage of their talent – aligned with the company objectives and a no BS attitude.”
Jesper Lindhardt – President & COO at Ocean.io
For our coaching relationship to work, you need to be open-minded, humble, willing to share, and open to being challenged on your beliefs.
