My Coaching Process
When I work as a business coach, I use the ACE Coaching Framework, which is a 3-phase process for analyzing, coaching and evaluating every project.
During the initial analysis phase, we will discuss the key challenges of your business and benchmark the current status of these so we have something to measure progress.
After setting some short- and long-term goals, we will begin the coaching phase over an agreed period of weeks and months.
We will then move into the evaluation phase, where we will measure the progress made, create a new benchmark and re-assess or continue to the next milestones.
Using the ACE Coaching Framework allows me to provide a transparent overview to all of my clients so you can see the results and measure your return on investment in coaching.

The cost for 10 hours of business coaching in London would be £1,750 excluding any associated travel and accommodation costs.
I also offer online business coaching which is more flexible, cost and time-effective and could be used in combination with face-to-face business coaching in London.
