Unlock the Potential of Your Business
Whether you’ve just started a new business or looking to take an established one to the next level, business coaching can help you scale, with confidence.
Working with a business coach who has already made these mistakes can help you avoid them and in some cases can save your business.
What is Business Coaching?
Making mistakes is an important part of the journey for any founder or small business owner, but some mistakes can have a huge impact on the future of your business.
Similar to startup consulting, business coaching is the process of helping you grow your business via a series of one-to-one coaching sessions.
A business coach is typically someone with experience as an entrepreneur or small business owner, but is more importantly a skilled coach.
Business coaching is for founders and small business owners who have knowledge of running and scaling a business, but want to further develop those skills.
It’s very easy to become blinkered when you are buried in the day-to-day management of your own business, but a coach can help remove those blinkers.
The Benefits of Business Coaching
There are many benefits of business coaching, but apart from helping you scale your business faster and more effeciently, a business coach can also help you;
- Make decisions with more confidence
- Improve your leadership skills
- Reduce mistakes caused by reactive thinking
- Control your stress levels
- Learn how to handle difficult employees
- Master time management and prioritization
- The list is endless
Ultimately, the benefits for every business owner are unique because everyone has their own specific challenges and goals they want to focus on.
My Coaching Process
When I work as a business coach, I use the ACE Coaching Framework, which is a 3-phase process for analyzing, coaching and evaluating every project.
During the initial analysis phase, we will discuss the key challenges of your business and benchmark the current status of these so we have something to measure progress.
After setting some short and long-term goals, we will then begin the coaching phase over an agreed period of weeks and months.
We will then move into the evaluation phase where we will measure the progress made, create a new benchmark and re-assess or continue to the next milestones.
Using the ACE Coaching Framework allows me to provide a transparent overview to all of my clients so you can see the results and measure your return of investment in coaching.

Some of those businesses include Trustpilot, eMagCreator, Zmags, Falcon.io (Brandwatch), Siteimprove, Ocean.io, all of which I helped scale globally.

Business Coaching Costs
My business coaching costs range from as low as £125 per session for long-term agreements to £250 per session for one-off sessions.
For new clients, I often recommend starting with a 10-hour coaching block, giving us enough time to progress and evaluate working together.
The cost for 10 hours of coaching for a single individual is £1,750 + vat
